Owen Onyango – Managing Partner

Owen Onyango is the firm's managing partner and heads the conveyancing and property law department. He is an astute advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Owen Onyango holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate-Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and completed his apprenticeship through Pupilage in the firm of Simiyu Opondo & Karinga Company Advocates.

In the Conveyancing and Property Law Department where he heads, Owen majors in Structuring Residential Development Projects, Commercial Leases, Land Use, and Planning. He has extensively advised clients on Change of Use, extension of Use, and property restructure by Subdivisions or amalgamation. Owen advises clients on Contractual agreements such as Partnerships, Joint Venture Agreements, and Shareholders Agreements.
